About Street Culture Kidz Project Inc.

For over 25 years, Street Culture Project has been a cornerstone in Regina’s community—supporting youth as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. Our work is grounded in the belief that every young person deserves a chance not only to survive, but to thrive, belong, and succeed.

We provide a range of services and supports, including housing, mentorship, outreach, and employment programs, all designed to meet youth where they are. Our approach is rooted in harm reduction, trauma-informed care, youth-centered engagement, and the Nurtured Heart Approach®, ensuring that every interaction builds safety, trust, and empowerment.

Street Culture Project is more than a workplace—it’s a community of people who care deeply about making a difference. Our team members come from diverse backgrounds but share a common goal: to create safe spaces where young people are seen, heard, and valued.

When you join Street Culture Project, you’re not just taking a job—you’re becoming part of a movement that believes in second chances, celebrates resilience, and helps build brighter futures for youth in our community.
